The affairs of the society are managed by an executive committee of seven members of the society. The committee is elected every year at the AGM, with the exception of two committee members who are "volunteered" or elected to serve a consecutive year to ensure continuity on matters of the society. The fixed positions in the committee are:- President, Vice president, Secretary, Treasurer and 3 other members. Nominations for the committee can be made, in writing, to the secretary before the AGM date. (Check Constitution for details.) There are normally 3 committee meetings per year, where the matters of the society are discussed. These meetings are normally held around March, August and December. Should you wish to have any topic of interest to the society covered at these meetings, it is advisable to contact any member, listed below, before such time. Please check the Minutes and Agenda page for details on all meetings. The current committee is as follows: Year 2009
